Devil's Night
Devil's Night, also called Halloween Eve, falls on October 30th, and this is where the real Halloween scares begin to come in. On Devil's Night, many youths, particularly teenagers, 'cause many pranks, some harmless, some evil. This mostly happens in Detroit, however any place should beware. Many of these pranks include throwing toilet paper on many people's trees, and it is very hard to get out. Also re-arranging outside items is another common activity. How can you prevent this? I highly recommend joining a local neighborhood watch, and prevent any evildoing. But if you wish to protect your own property (I'm sure that's what you're aiming for) I recommend putting up some sort of security system. If you have pets, I highly recommend you do not let them outside past dark. You never know, they could be the center of a prank. Every Devil's Night, I always keep my pets inside, safely behind closed doors. Even if they must use the bathroom, having them go inside the house is worth not having them harmed by pranksters, isn't it? So, I hope you follow my advice on Devil's Night. Even if you think you live in a good neighborhood, you never know, your neighborhood might get some uninvited guests. Good day to all.
